Northbound / From I-270:

Head southbound on I-270 S via Washington. Take exit 4-5 for MD-189 / Falls Rd / Montrose Rd on I-270. Continue on I-270 until exit 5 to merge onto MD-189 S / Falls Rd towards Potomac. Continue onto Falls Rd for 5 miles. You will find Potomac Place on your left-hand side on Falls Rd, after going through the River Road intersection.

Southbound / From I-495-S Virginia:

Merge onto I-495 N, crossing the American Legion Bridge into Maryland. Take exit 29 to merge onto MD-190 W / River Rd towards Potomac. Follow MD-190 for 3.5 miles. The destination will be on the left, prior to the Falls Rd / River Rd intersection.

Washington D.C.

From Massachusetts Avenue:
Take Massachusetts Avenue northbound until it meets Goldsboro Rd. Turn right on Goldsboro Rd Follow Goldsboro until the intersection at MD-190 W / River Rd. Turn left onto MD-190 W / River Road. Follow River Rd for 5.6 miles. The destination will be on the left, prior to the Falls Rd / River Rd intersection.

From Wisconsin Avenue:
Take Wisconsin Avenue to Garrison St NW, located in Tenleytown. Turn left onto Garrison St NW. Garrison St NW turns right and becomes MD-190 W / River Rd. Follow River Rd for 5.6 miles. The destination will be on the left, prior to the Falls Rd / River Rd intersection.
